Crossing Over is an intermedia site-specific participatory dance project that offers a space to connect cheek by jowl but separate local communities.

Reimagined and developed for the Cally Festival 2025, we invite audiences to take part and play with us: to see, to hear, to film, to dance. To experience the Caledonian Road and walk the green corridor from Barnsbury to King’s Cross – afresh! Then share experiences at the Islington West Library’s basement over a cup of tea, where stories of the Cally are blended with footage taken throughout the event in a unique video installation.
